The brief

The Brief
With girls leaving sport and STEM at twice the rate of boys, Chevrolet wanted to tackle the issue head-on. Their goal: inspire the next generation of young women to stick with their passions, overcome barriers, and dream bigger.

Our Role
We joined forces with Chevrolet and Manchester United’s men’s and women’s teams to direct and produce a series of emotionally-driven films for a global campaign. At the heart of the story was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity: bringing 11 young female players from the U.S. to Old Trafford for mentorship, skill-building, and the chance to meet their heroes.

What We Made

We captured the girls’ journey in four social-first documentaries, plus a hero film spotlighting Manchester United Women’s Head Coach Casey Stoney. These films celebrated self-belief, team spirit, and the power of seeing someone who looks like you succeed. 

A huge moment in the project was when the girls got to share the spotlight with the Manchester United team on the pitch! We had to carefully plan this moment. Everything had to be tightly on brand, on time and managed perfectly to get the best shots and keep all the parties happy and raring to go! 

The Impact

The content formed the centrepiece of Chevrolet’s Goalkeepers initiative. A global call to action encouraging girls to stay active in sports and engaged in STEM. The films were shared across multiple markets and became a rallying cry for brands using their platform to uplift future female leaders.
